We are seeking an experienced Manual Tester to join our team at the client site and help ensure the highest quality standards for our products. In this role, you will be responsible for performing manual testing, identifying bugs, and working closely with the development team to facilitate clear communication about issue identification and resolution. This position also involves testing our Mobile Application on iOS, Android, and Zebra Scanners, in addition to conducting standard web frontend tests.

We are looking for someone who could come to the office from time to time (about 1 day per week) to collaborate with developers based in our Poland office.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual testing.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
• Experience working with tools such as Python and Selenium.
• Ability to analyze and report testing results.
• Strong collaboration skills and effective communication with other departments.
• Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail).
• Understanding and applying the correct testing patterns.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) - must have.
• ISTQB Certificate - nice to have.
• Web Application Testing - must have.
• Mobile Application Testing - nice to have.
• Familiarity with Track & Trace systems is a plus.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its impact on software quality.

Requirements

• Test Mobile Applications on iOS, Android, and Zebra Scanners.
• Analyze and report testing results to stakeholders.
• Use test management tools (Jira, TestRail) to track and document test cases, results, and defects.
• Participate in meetings and discussions with development teams and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.
• Assist in the implementation of best practices in manual testing and quality assurance.
• Work within the SDLC process, ensuring that testing aligns with different phases of software development.
