About the role:

Logistics Software Product Designer

We are looking for a talented, motivated, and creative Product Designer to join our innovative team. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and design of our logistics software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software not only meets market requirements but also offers a superb user experience and exceeds user expectations in terms of usability and aesthetics.

This position will

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives.
• Design user interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for our logistics software products.
• Ensure that product designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our company's design standards.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and enhance designs.
• Develop design assets and documentation, including user flows, prototypes, journey maps, and information architecture.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a robust portfolio of work, particularly in the logistics or related field.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
• A strong interest in keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in product design.
