We are looking for a Unity Senior Expert to join our Game Experience team in our Warsaw office!

About Game Experience group:

Our vision is Unlocking the power of technology to benefit the studios, enhancing player satisfaction by improving speed, smoothness and personalized user experience, all within the context of each studio's unique challenges.

Responsibilities:

• You will be tasked with addressing complex design challenges and suggesting optimal methods for project execution.
• You will take the lead in critical cross-unit activities, enhancing operational efficiency and setting high professional standards within the organization.
• Acts as a hands-on professional expert in the unit
• Deal with design problems involving many systems, not just coding problems
• Brainstorms the right technological solutions to complex problems
• Involved in defining unit roadmaps, business/technological protocols, and standards
• Builds action plans for major projects, for meeting deadlines and for execution of objectives
• Provide technical expertise for correct and weighted estimations and tasks separation by participating in teams/domain rituals and meetings
• Responsible for the communication with the architects and work in full collaboration with them
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years developing in Unity
• 4+ years of excellent c# 7.0+ /.net 4.6+
• 3+ years’ experience in managing people and leading a team
• 4+ years in mobile game development
• iOS and Android development experience
• Experience with asynchronous programming methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced English;

• Experience creating tools and workflows in Unity Editor
