We are currently looking for an Agile Coach for one of our banking clients with the following set of skills:
✅Work model: hybrid in Warsaw or Krakow (around days per month in the office)
✅Contract: B2B
Role responsibilities:
- Support adoption of Agile Ways of working as per the Roadmap by: adherence to Agile Change Framework standards, PMO Handbook guidance’s and any Agile delivery requirements
- Deliver of relevant Agile trainings and working on the content as needed
- Delivery of Team/Leadership Coachings as required
- Active participation in Agile related assessments (proficiency, maturity etc)
- Facilitation of Agile ceremonies (retrospective, Sprint, PI Planning) and supporting particular Team roles (Scrum Master/Product Owner/Development Team)
- Managing Teams to self-organize and deliver in an agile / scrum manner, enabling continuous improvement of change and run activities aligned to the product roadmap and customer expectations
- Navigating through a complex environment of factors including size, legacy systems, and tooling to achieve thorough agile process implementation
- Managing all stakeholders and keeping them informed to support the transition from waterfall to agile
- Moving the group passed a legacy waterfall approach in many cases
- Proactive participation in designing the Agile Ways of Working Roadmap, Proficiency Assessment, Training
- Plan, Coaching model, Support/Service model
Knowledge and experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Agile Coach role
- Experience of working in data-related change, preferably within financial services
- Understanding / knowledge of data in particular and best practices
- Experience in applying agile methodology in project and product development
- Understand the challenge of transition from Waterfall to Agile and be able to drive Agile delivery during that transition
- Ability to adapt Agile and Scrum practices to the unique challenges of data change, in line with business and delivery needs
- Awareness of Lean, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban, and Design Thinking
- Ability to lead and motivate Agile and cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certificate or similar gives advantage
- Effective governance and stakeholder management (IT and Business)
- Exposure and success working within a global matrix organisation model
- Understanding Servant Leader in terms of creating right environment for the team to succeed
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
