Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking for dynamic and high skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment with a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related faculties.
• At least 3+years Talent Acquisition experience especially in IT, telecommunication sector, as a Recruiter preferably in a multinational working environment.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Curious, analytical with problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, good listener with emotional intelligence.
• Energetic, proactive, strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Strong organization and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to have a global view.
• Strong time management skills and attentiveness to responsibilities.

Job Description

• Handling the end-to-end talent acquisition services, including employer branding, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessments.
• Assessing both behavioral and technical fit for a role.
• Have strong analytical skills to measure candidates and follow the recruitment funnel accurately.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and time-management skills.
• A positive, people-first attitude, as well as the ability to act as a talent acquisition advisor.
• Passionate about finding the best candidates from various channels and providing the best candidate experience.
• Developing employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally.
• Preparation and delivery of HR analytics and dashboard reporting to provide consistent and reliable workforce information such as recruiting, retention, turnover, workforce trends.
• Supporting the HR processes, including performance management, talent management, organizational development, learning & development, and HR Information Systems.
