SVP of Technology

Arcus Search have partnered with a Fast-Growing Financial Institution based out of Abu Dhabi, who are looking to bring in an SVP of Technology.

The role:

The institution is looking to offer a world-class technical solution to their clients. This individual will help build out a a market-leading trading platform, and accompanying solutions, as well as creating a cloud-native & cyber-secure underlying infrastructure.

You will own own the technology strategy & roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, and manage a team across Operations, Infrastructure, Engineering, Product & Data.

Experience you need:

• Industry experience - you need to have worked extensively within Trading, Wealth, Assets, Equity, Brokerage etc
• Technical experience - you need to have owned Operations & Infrastructure as a minimum. Anything else is a bonus
• Platform experience - you need to have built out a trading platform / trading software from scratch

Skills you need:

• An inspiring leader who leads from the front
• A strategic mind - someone who can create a roadmap for the next 3-5 years, and understand what direction the business should go down
• Data Driven mindset
