#Halian is hiring Service Design Consultant / Manager in Dubai, UAE.

Greetings!

Experience required: 9+ Years

Duration: 1+ Year & Extendable

Technical Skills:

• Strong Experience in service flow design, assessment, improvements (Public sector experience in ME is a plus)
• User research methodologies and real-world applications for user validation feeding into product design and development.
• Exposure to the following areas through work experience and/or knowledge of best practices to be able to translate analysis of service flows into actionable improvement recommendations (UI/UX focus, the others are more of a bonus):
• UI/UX
• Product design, dev and marketing.
• Product KPI/OKR
• Product delivery set up
• Strong communication in Arabic & English
