What You'll be Doing

• Customer Experience Optimization: Analyze customer pain points and collaborate across departments to implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Content Management: Develop, maintain, and update Support Center articles to ensure they are clear, accurate, and provide comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries.
• Fiat Transaction Oversight: Oversee the processing of fiat transactions, addressing complex edge cases, and managing disputes to ensure smooth and timely resolution.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor conversion funnels and other KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and recommend actionable improvements.
  
  
  

What We Look For In You

• 2+ years of experience in operations or customer support, ideally within a crypto or fintech environment.
• Strong understanding of customer service operations, KYC/KYB regional requirements, and fiat operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and internal teams.
