Your Role: As a Digital Data Specialist, you’ll be the architect behind our data-driven success story. You’ll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting digital data to uncover actionable insights. From optimizing marketing campaigns to enhancing user experiences, your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our strategies and driving growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Dive deep into digital data sources to extract meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements.
  • Develop and implement data collection strategies across various digital platforms.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate our data practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Domo.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business impact through data insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
