DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (BRANDING)

[What you will be working on]

As part of the Branding and Scholarship team within the Human Resource Division, we are seeking a dynamic Deputy/Assistant Manager to lead our employer and scholarship branding initiatives. In this role, you will support LTA's vision and mission by developing and implementing strategic communications to enhance our brand reputation and position us as an employer of choice.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Develop and execute integrated communications and content strategies aligned with LTA's organisational objectives and brand identity
  • Lead end-to-end content creation (i.e. articles, videos and digital assets) and management across all platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and career/scholarship sites
  • Plan and manage content calendar and coordinate employee/scholar stories to showcase LTA's culture, values, and achievements
  • Collaborate with appointed creative and media buy agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns for LTA initiatives and scholarship programmes across digital and outdoor channels
  • Monitor and analyse communication effectiveness across platforms using performance metrics to provide data-driven recommendations and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Oversee stakeholder management, including internal coordination for campaign execution, procurement, and payment of services

[What you will be looking for]

  • Degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or a related role
  • Experience in content creation for social media and channel management to increase engagement
  • Possess creativity with a knack for storyboarding and storytelling, with an eye for detail in content development and design
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong working relationships
  • Organised, meticulous, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful and able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools such as Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator, Canva and Capcut will be an advantage
  • Candidates are required to submit a portfolio showcasing past content work (e.g., social media posts, videos, or other creative assets).

2-year contract role, with the possibility of renewal based on business needs
