Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with over 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React.js, Node.js, Typescript and MongoDB, with additional exposure to AWS being an added advantage. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using React.js, Node.js. and Typescript.
Design and implement scalable database solutions using MongoDB.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to build seamless user experiences.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure efficient data flow between services.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
Implement and manage cloud services using AWS (preferred but optional).
Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

Essential Skills

Job

3+ years of experience in full-stack development with React.js and Node.js.
Strong expertise in MongoDB for database design and management.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS (optional but preferred).
Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
Strong understanding of front-end development concepts, including HTML, CSS, Typescript and JavaScript.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Skills

Job

Exposure to AWS services like EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, etc.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Demonstrate proactive thinking
Should have strong interpersonal relations, expert business acumen.
Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions
Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables with a mature approach

Other Relevant Information

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with relevant technology stack.
