Job Description: Node Operator

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Node Operator to manage and maintain validator nodes for multiple blockchain protocols. The ideal candidate is adept at deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure, has strong knowledge of DeFi, and possesses excellent research and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Deploy, monitor, and maintain validator nodes across multiple blockchain networks. • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and other platforms to ensure uptime and performance. • Optimize node configurations for security, reliability, and cost-efficiency. • Monitor network updates, governance proposals, and protocol changes to ensure compliance. • Perform on-chain and off-chain troubleshooting, issue resolution, and upgrades. • Research and onboard emerging blockchain protocols. • Actively participate in community discussions and governance to stay ahead of protocol changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms. • Knowledge of DeFi protocols, staking mechanisms, and blockchain infrastructure. • Strong command-line and scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python). • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar. • Excellent research and analytical skills to evaluate blockchain protocols. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Preferred: • Experience running nodes for blockchain protocols.
