Employee HR Manager

- Be the H R Support for People Leaders and employees on organisational and employee matters, acting as the HR Manager of record for a client group.
- Be the first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
- Be a change enabler with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in all HR related activities.
- Explain complex information to others clearly.
- Impact projects, HR processes in talent development, succession planning and performance management.
- Use required professional judgment, seeking guidance as necessary
- Sensitively manage confidential issues and dispute resolution.
- Use technical expertise and judgement to solve problems
- Be able to manage a diverse workload and support key projects.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and O&TD professionals to execute business-specific HR strategies.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
- Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance.
- Conduct HR training and support for functional processes like PPG (People, Performance, Growth), organisational culture & engagement, talent reviews, salary planning, new employee orientation and new manager assimilation.
- Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.
- Have fun!
- This role requires experience in the Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management, ideally CIPD qualified.
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college education.
- Candidates must have experience of building relationships and influencing change, and HR experience in the end-to-end spectrum of the employee lifecycle.
- You will possess a good working knowledge of UK employment law; strong coaching capability; ability collaborate in teams, have excellent communication skills, adaptable to change, ability to influence across all levels in the organisation, and experienced of working in a matrixed organisation, and be a flexible team member.
- A working knowledge of Workday system could be an advantage.
