About the Role:

We are seeking an analytical and strategic problem solver to join our Client Measurement and Insights Data Analyst team. This role will support the sales team by improving advertiser performance and driving revenue growth. You will analyze campaign success metrics, provide actionable insights, and optimize marketing initiatives using data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze advertising performance metrics to generate data-driven insights.
• Develop compelling presentations and data visualizations to communicate findings.
• Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to derive actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other stakeholders to enhance advertiser ROI.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining accuracy and process standardization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, measurement, or consulting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Strong communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including sales and account management teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in marketing analytics, ad measurement, or online advertising.
• Familiarity with advertising technology, including DSPs, DMPs, and third-party measurement tools.
• Experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and marketing attribution models.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Japanese is a plus.
