About the Role:
The Measurement Insights & Analytics team is looking for an analytical and strategic problem solver to partner with our sales team with the goal of improving the performance of our advertisers on and help us achieve our revenue targets.
This role is a key member of the Measurement Science team at Advertising. You will work with sales, product and other business partners to analyze and improve advertisers' performance on or Mobility surfaces, in support of their marketing initiatives. You will work with unique data and translate it into high-quality and actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of advertiser campaigns and unlock new business opportunities. Activities include analyzing metrics of success for a brand or industry vertical, developing data-driven insights and recommendations, as well as communicating them in a clear and compelling fashion. Leveraging your business acumen and technical skills (such as SQL), you will derive both tactical and strategic insights that deliver the best return on investment for our clients.
What the Candidate Will Do:

Communicate in a clear and compelling fashion using presentations slides and data visualisations.
Leverage business acumen and technical skills (such as SQL), to derive both tactical and strategic insights that deliver the best return on investment for our clients.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, operational research or similar quantitative field
3+ years of experience in data analytics / data science, measurement and insights, or consulting
Intermediate to advanced skills in data analysis (e.g. MS Excel / Google Sheets / Python), story-telling (e.g. providing actionable insights based on analysis), advanced data querying using SQL, leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio, Tableau)
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously; project management experience in dealing with a high volume of reporting / analysis requests
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders including sales and account management team and to effectively communicate technical work to non-technical audiences
Capacity to conduct meetings and share insights to advertisers and agencies.
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency (process standardization) using strong documentation. You lean in and embrace the details to map processes, clean data, and even review code!
Additional Information:
The ideal candidate must have strong technical and communication skills. A solid foundation in data analytics and SQL data wrangling is essential for extracting valuable insights. Furthermore, the ability to effectively communicate these insights to both internal audiences (such as sales teams) and external stakeholders (including advertisers) is a must have skill. .
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience at a senior level (equivalent to L3), which will provide them with the necessary exposure and confidence to present and articulate data meaningfully to diverse audiences.
The successful applicant must also demonstrate the ability to manage multiple overlapping projects simultaneously, navigating varying degrees of complexity.
