Join the Predictive Analytics team within the Marketing and Communication department, where your expertise will directly influence the success of marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI models to address business challenges, making marketing campaigns more relevant and impactful.
• Utilise a variety of analytical methodologies, including large language models and classical statistical/machine learning techniques.
• Capture business needs, perform data analyses, build models, and set up tests to measure impact
• Advise Marketing & Communications Managers on the use of predictive models.
• Present complex technical concepts as clear, actionable insights.
• Oversee the production run from data preparation to scoring and validation, ensuring model performance.
• Support the creation of new variables and continuous improvement cycles.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in Python and contribute to deploying AI models using a comprehensive stack of tools

Skills and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, mathematics, computer science) or substantial experience in data science.
• Mandatory: Expertise in Python, Git, bash, SQL
• Preferable: Experience with Domino Data Science Platform, SAS, recommender systems, language models, optimisation under constraints, Django.
• Business Experience: Campaigning, direct marketing, A/B testing.
• Team player with good communication and influencing skills.
• Quick self-starter with a pro-active attitude.
• Result-driven and business-oriented.
