Graphic Designer

Requirements

• Strong Visual Hierarchy: Can organise complex information in a way that’s visually clear and not overwhelming.
• Iconography and Infographics: Ability to represent complex concepts through visuals.
• Experience with Digital and Print: Should be versatile and comfortable designing for email banners, intranet pages, reports, posters, and presentations.
• Accessibility Awareness: Ensures designs are easy to read and inclusive (good contrast, font choices etc.).
• Motion Graphics/Animation (Optional) – Bonus points if they can create assets for e- learning or short animations.

Proven experience with:

• Infographics
• Process diagrams
• Email templates and campaign graphics
• Clean, structured typography and layouts in print and digital
• Illustration of assets (icons, animations, drawings etc.)
