Consultant - Business Consulting - Business Transformation (Graduate)

You will accompany clients in implementation of end-to-end enterprise wide or functional Transformation programs - orchestrating from strategy to design to implementation.

We are looking for candidates to join one of preferred office locations – Zurich, Basel or Geneva.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Work with client facing teams on global engagements solving complex and intriguing business challenges providing sound strategic advice.
• Work on projects across different sectors and functions in collaboration with other local and international consulting teams.
• Work with clients to identify, define and prioritize their challenges, develop next generation of Transformation Management solutions through detailed analysis, and implement strategic recommendations to support their end-to-end Transformation journey.
• Support the business in developing EY knowledge and concepts for our practice, while actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships.
• Work in high performing consulting teams to deliver Transformation Excellence to clients and help to create a positive learning culture within the practice.
  
  

Skills And Attributes For Success

Professional master’s degree in technology, economics, MBA or equivalent

1 to 2 years of professional work experience or study experience

You are an active listener, passionate learner with a creative and high-performance mindset. You are committed and driven towards helping and supporting the team in every aspect possible

You have a successful proven track record in some of below areas:

• Business analysis
• Transformation Management, Project Management, Change Management
• Problem Solving, Design Thinking, root cause assessment
• Process improvement, business improvement
• Leading cross-functional teams
• You have knowledge on project and portfolio management (PPM) methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, SAFe, DevOps. etc) and tools (Microsoft based tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project Online, others such as Jira, Planview, Planisware, Power BI, Tableau, etc)
• PPM certifications such as PMI, Prince2, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, SAFe or equivalent are beneficial
• As a consulting firm, we require excellent analytical and interpersonal skills as a standard - problem solving, critical thinking, conceptualizing, communication, leadership, presentation, workshop facilitation, storytelling, etc
• You are flexible, willing to work in hybrid model, open to travel within and outside Switzerland
• You have excellent English language skills, proficiency in other languages such as German, French, Italian, etc is a plus
