We’re currently seeking Project Directors and Senior PM's to join a growing team in Finland .

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead with Vision: Direct a team of skilled CSA and MEP Engineers inspiring them to achieve outstanding results.
• Drive Innovation: Propose and implement design changes that enhance cost efficiency, streamline construction, and elevate quality.
• Ensure Excellence: Oversee construction activities to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with contracts managers, site engineers, and other discipline leads to ensure smooth information flow and project progress.
• Quality and Safety First: Establish and uphold rigorous health and safety standards, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in leading large teams, with significant experience on major projects (transferable projects to a data centre if no DC)
• Skills: Strong procurement knowledge, expertise in scheduling and sequencing, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial Insight: Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions that balance cost efficiency with quality and project timelines.
