Become part of an internationally active and dynamic team as a Network Administrator (m/f/d) in Erlangen.

Your Tasks

  • Conception, support and expansion of the international network infrastructure
  • Network-oriented planning and design of new locations and restructuring of existing networks
  • Network management based on Cisco products
  • System responsibility for the operational operation of the network landscape
  • Analysis and solution-oriented handling of problems
  • Administration and configuration of the company-wide network infrastructure (Cisco)
  • Support and further development of heterogeneous LAN/WAN environments and their components
  • Analysis of heterogeneous network infrastructures with regard to errors, performance, security and optimization

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional experience in network administration
  • CCNA or CCNP certification is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, RIP, OSPF, VPN, firewalls)
  • Sound knowledge of Cisco, Checkpoint and global WAN/LAN network environments
  • Good knowledge of IT security, virus protection, firewall, etc.
  • Solid knowledge in dealing with heterogeneous network infrastructures
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
