We are hiring an experienced Technology Security Manager to lead and enhance our client's IT & OT security strategy. Reporting to the Head of IT, this role will drive cybersecurity initiatives, risk management, and compliance with ISO 27001 and ISA/IEC 62443 standards. You will manage security operations, incident response, and emerging threats in both IT and industrial control environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a technology security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee IT & OT security operations, including risk management, threat monitoring, and compliance.
• Implement and maintain security policies, frameworks, and incident response plans.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Provide training, security briefings, and executive-level reporting on cybersecurity trends.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT & OT security team.

What you need:

• 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years in security, with strong Operational Technology security expertise.
• CISSP or CISM certification is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443, and NIS2 compliance.
• Proven track record in risk assessment, cybersecurity strategy, and incident management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
