What's in the scope of this role?

• Build expertise on Netcracker product suite, primarily product catalog and other BSS modules
• Represent BSS solution and functional capabilities in client workshops
• Elicit, clarify and decompose business requirements into epics, user stories (including NFR)
• Refining the stories with product owners
• Conceptualize and define E2E solution for a given business, functional domain
• Identify cross-system requirement dependencies and mitigate potential design gaps
• UI/UX alignment with UI/UX team and NC UI/UX team
• Design review with dev and QA teams
• Participate in cross-functional technical solution assessments and provide estimations
• Collaborate with backend/dev teams to manage product demos
• Participate in change control process for any upcoming requirement and design changes
• Troubleshoot production problems and provide design support, keep all parties informed
• Continue to build expertise on latest technologies and trends in Telecom Industry
  
  

What skills and experience will you need for this role?

• Extensive Business Analysis experience
• Understanding of Product Catalogue modelling
• Understanding of product instance life cycle and operations
• Promotion and discount configuration and management, contract
• Understanding of device sale models, appointments, instalment plans
• Knowledge of eligibility checks, product configuration, pricing, payments, customer agreements
