Out market leading client are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join a long term and exciting innovative project in Betzdorf Luxembourg. They are looking for someone with strong experience in cybersecurity, particularly in satellite communications or secure encryption.

Responsibilities:

Your role will be to ensure the security of clients project, which involves satellite communication systems. In addition to contribute to the specification of operational sites' security, defining security measures for space, ground, and user segments, and managing integration. You will work closely with system engineers, program management, security workgroups, and external partners to prepare and update various security-related plans, such as risk analysis, operations plans, and accreditation strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience with satellite control, 5G systems, data centers, and terrestrial networks.
• Knowledge of security technologies (encryption, secure authentication, SIEM, SOAR) and standards (ISO 27000, ECSS).
• Must be a European Citizen
