What will you do?

You will join the HR Team which is responsible for all Human Resources activities of the LGE entities in the Netherlands being, the Benelux Sales and the EU Shared Service Center. Your primary role will be to assist day-to-day HR operations and support the payroll administration.


Your responsibilities:

  • Salary administration;
  • HR Compensation and Benefits Management;
  • HR Administration;
  • Organize personnel files and other HR files;
  • Update the absence and holiday request reports;
  • Point of contact regarding health insurance and pension;
  • Support in organizing events;
  • Manage employee contracts; digitalizing employee information;
  • Provide general HR reports;
  • Control and Booking HR related invoices;
  • Sick Leave Management;
  • IND and Expat Support
  • Other HR tasks.

Who are you?

  • University of Applied Sciences (HBO) level;
  • 2-4 years similar work experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch Employment Law;
  • Experienced user of MS Office;
  • You worked with ADP or similar payroll software;
  • Bonus points if you implemented a new payroll system;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English both written and verbal;
  • Experience in Payroll administration;
