They are now expanding their Netherlands-based team and looking for a Senior Consultant to take on challenging projects within the public sector.

Your Role & Responsibilities

🔹 Lead strategic consulting projects within government bodies, municipalities, and public institutions

🔹 Drive operational improvements, digital transformation, and organizational change

🔹 Work across multiple roles, including consultant, project manager, and program lead

🔹 Deliver engaging presentations, training sessions, and workshops to share insights and best practices

🔹 Play a key role in business development, contributing to proposals, client pitches, and industry events

What You Bring

✅ 7+ years of Project/Programme Management experience, ideally in the public sector

✅ Strong knowledge of organizational strategy, process improvement, and change management

✅ Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)

✅ A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

✅ A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work
