Requirements

  • Take formal meeting notes during executive-level meetings, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain up-to-date project plans for all ongoing projects.
  • Manage issues and risks, proactively following up with project managers to resolve items.
  • Act as the central point of contact for project status updates, providing a comprehensive overview to stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and monitor project progress to ensure smooth operations.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language (flawless, native-level proficiency).
  • Strong knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
