For our international medical partner, Roche Diagnostics Int Ltd. based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a qualified and motivated International Product Manager for one year with option for extension.

As an International Product Manager for Core Lab, you will drive product development, commercialization, and pharma collaborations to enhance patient access to diagnostics. Working with cross-functional teams, you will ensure successful launches, market adoption, and innovation in biomarker solutions.

Tasks

• Build and nurture strong collaborations with pharmaceutical companies to accelerate biomarker discovery, validation, and clinical integration with key internal stakeholders
• Lead the product lifecycle from early development to market launch, ensuring smooth entry and alignment with pharma timelines
• Develop integrated strategies with pharma partners for market access, awareness, and adoption.
• Oversee health economics, education, and advocacy efforts to position products globally.
• Enable local partnerships to drive diagnostic test adoption and successful commercialization.
• Ensure comprehensive launch readiness and coordinate with Medical Affairs for evidence generation and strategic partnerships
• Manage on-market products, drive improvements, resolve issues, and support customers
• Align R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to achieve product success.
  
  

Must Haves

• Academic background in life sciences, healthcare, or marketing, combined with strong strategic and commercial thinking to drive business success
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience in healthcare, ideally in Diagnostics with Cardiometabolic experience
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills to work across global teams and external partners
• Strong Leadership and Influencing Capabilities to drive alignment and execution of product strategies
• Passion for Customer and Patient-Centric Solutions and a drive for continuous improvement
• Fluent in English
