Game Developer

BettingJobs is collaborating with a leading B2B Provider in the iGaming industry in their search for an experienced Game Developer to join their team in Stockholm or Bucharest.

In this role, you will be responsible for game development using JavaScript/Typescript + Pixi.JS as well as maintenance of existing games.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of prior experience in software development with experience working in gaming.

Responsibilities:

• Make amazing games, from wacky ideas all the way to finished products.
• Game development using JavaScript/Typescript + Pixi.JS.
• Maintenance of existing games.
• Contributing to framework.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of prior experience in software development.
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Pixi JS experience - must-have.
• Understanding Spine and pixi-spine library.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles and Clean Code principles.
• Experience working in gaming.
• Experience in structured software development.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
