About The Job

As an HR Generalist at Telavox, you will play an important role in optimizing HR processes, ensuring accurate data flow between HR and payroll, and providing first-line HR support to our employees and stakeholders. You will work closely with our HR Business Partners and teams to implement digital HR solutions and drive operational efficiency.

A Typical Day In This Role Involves

• Supporting payroll preparation by maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate data flow, acting as the point of contact for payroll-related questions.
• Managing and developing HR daily operations
• Managing and analyzing HR master data in our modern HR system to ensure accuracy and high-quality data management.
• Ensuring HR solutions and employee data remain secure, complying with data protection laws and regulations.
  
  

About You

We're looking for an HR Generalist with a strong HR administration and payroll background. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple HR processes. Experience with HR systems, payroll, and compliance is key, along with a passion for improving workflows and exploring digital solutions.

Competencies

• Experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist, ideally in a digitalized HR environment
• Knowledge of data protection laws, payroll, and taxation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written
• Ability to manage multiple HR processes and priorities simultaneously
