About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical UI Designer to join our team and take asset integration to the next level.


This role focuses on implementing layouts, connecting game-ready assets, setting up event flows, optimizing resources, and sharing your expertise to help improve team performance. You’ll work closely with game developers, artists, and VFX specialists to streamline workflows and minimize iteration cycles.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement layouts for complex windows and in-game interfaces in the engine editor
  • Integrate logic (event flows) into game features
  • Optimize the UI development pipeline from layout creation to game integration
  • Prepare and cut graphics for seamless integration
  • Take ownership of complex features with minimal supervision
  • Debug and resolve visual and logical issues


Our Stack

  • Photoshop
  • Visual scripting (nodes) for game logic creation
  • Our own engine, similar to Unity or Unreal, which we are constantly developing (read more about our engine here)
  • Git (with Fork client) for version control and collaboration
  • XML for data management and structure


Required

  • Proficiency in Photoshop: includes cutting and optimizing graphical assets, preparing them for animation, working with layer effects, font style implementations
  • 3+ years of experience in layout assembly and/or UI development in game engines/editors (such as Unity, UE, CryEngine, Unity + GUI)
  • Experience in visual scripting using nodes
  • Practical experience in creating and optimizing VFX and animations
  • Familiarity with XML and Git


Preferred

  • Experience working with interfaces (adaptive layout, complex interfaces with scrollers, effects)
  • Experience in optimizing graphic resources
