As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming product requirements into comprehensive system solutions. You will oversee technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Your responsibilities include requirements decomposition, risk analysis, configuration management, and architectural exploration. Additionally, you will drive process optimization, reliability, and cross-team coordination to enhance system effectiveness and overall organizational quality.
Role Description:
- Seasoned Systems Engineering professional, working independently. Converts product requirements into total system solutions, implements common work practices.
- Performs analysis at all levels of the total system product including concept, design, fabrication, modeling, test, installation,
- operation, maintenance and disposal.
- Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and
- risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Manages configuration process, performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical,
- schedule, and cost constraints. Performs architectural exploration. Decomposes customer specifications and system level
- requirements into sub-system and piece part requirements, and generates verification criteria and plans for the requirements.
Responsibilities:

- Executes objectives for requirements management, reliability, logistics, coordination of different teams, evaluation measurements, and other disciplines for large or complex projects.
- Manages work-processes, optimization methods, and risk management tools for large or complex projects and ensure that standards are met.
- Researches and evaluates investments or changes in technology, resources, procedures, equipment, systems, or other assets to improve the quality of the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
- Seasoned professional contributor (a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience).
- Has advanced knowledge of work area.
- University degree, preferred Technical.
- May manage small projects or processes.
- Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager.
- Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.
