Network WDM Engineer

Job Description:

• Develop strategies for key projects of WDM products in the representative office/accounts: Understand customers' network requirements, plan WDM project objectives and strategies for the Türkiye market.
• Be responsible for the market and order goals of WDM products in the representative office/account department.
• Take charge of marketing activities for WDM products at representative offices and among customer groups to establish and improve Huawei's WDM brand image and product competitiveness.
• Provide technical support and promote WDM products in representative offices and customer groups.
• Be responsible for WDM project operations, policy implementation, technical communication, configuration quotation, and business negotiation.

Requirements:

• Have strong WDM technical capabilities. Familiarity with products such as Nokia, Ciena, Infinera, ZTE, or ADVA is preferred.
• 2-6 years of WDM working experience, including network maintenance, planning, or market expansion.
• For recent graduates with relevant educational backgrounds and a passion for WDM networks are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
