About the Role

We are seeking a Co-Founder / CTO to lead the development of sophisticated AI models for geopolitical risk analysis. This highly specialized position will be instrumental in establishing the core AI capabilities of the organization, shaping technical strategy, and overseeing the model development and refinement process.

Responsibilities

- Develop and iterate advanced AI/ML models, with a focus on NLP and text-based AI.

- Take full ownership of the model development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outputs.

- Collaborate with data experts and academic professionals to map complex data relationships.

- Drive technical innovation and maintain a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- Foster a start-up culture that emphasises motivation, iteration, and pragmatism in model building.

Requirements

- Strong background in ML/AI, particularly in natural language processing and text-based applications.

- Proven ability to lead model development and iteration processes.

- Startup mindset with a passion for building and innovating.

- Experience or interest in geopolitical risk and the energy sector.

- Pragmatic approach focused on delivering effective models rather than seeking perfection.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $100-150K DOE, plus significant equity in the company.
• ASAP start date.
• Fully remote (candidates based in Singapore, UAE, or the UK are preferred).
