Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve divisional goals and objectives
• Oversee the division's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff
• Collaborate with other division directors and C-level executives to align divisional strategies with overall company objectives
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
• Implement and maintain effective operational processes and systems
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws
• Represent the division in high-level meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Manage major contractual negotiations with potential sub-contractors and suppliers
• Review and approve important commercial, administrative, and technical documents
• Monitor project status, adjust resource allocation, and ensure quality and timely completion of division activities
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent management, planning, analytical and organizational skills
• Effective team building and leader ship quality with good interpersonal skills
• Sufficient Computer Skills and proper English reading & writing skill.
• Arabic speaking is favorable
