AI Engineer

One of our clients, is looking for an AI Engineer to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions. The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven applications that drive innovation and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy AI models, including machine learning and deep learning algorithms, to solve business challenges.
• Data Processing & Analysis: Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data for AI model training and validation.
• Model Optimization & Performance Tuning: Enhance AI models for accuracy, speed, and efficiency while reducing computational costs.
• AI Integration: Implement AI solutions into existing systems, applications, and platforms.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI trends, research papers, and technologies to propose innovative AI solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to align AI solutions with company objectives.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy AI models in cloud and on-prem environments while ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Ethical AI & Compliance: Ensure AI applications adhere to ethical AI principles, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of successful AI project implementations.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML Ops.
• Strong background in Big Data Technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
• Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Experience with containerization & deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of Edge AI and IoT-based AI applications.
• Certifications in AI/ML from AWS, Google, or Microsoft.
