Human Resources : Onboarding Coordinator
Individual Contributor role.
Shift: Local day shift, however training will be conducted during AMS shift and may need to do overlappimg shift basis specifc cient requirement if needed, no weekend working.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or in an industry-related field
Essential Hiring Skills: Language: English
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience as HR Coordinator or Onboarding Coordinator
• Experience with ticketing systems and/or applicant tracking system
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, among other MS programs
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and adapt to change
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and track assigned tasks
• Ability to collaborate with local teams and global clients both internally and externally
• Demonstrate a process-oriented focus, determined to find ways to improve experience
• Be agile and able to learn various aspects of the business effectively
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task while calmly and quickly performing assigned tasks
Good to Have Skills: Knowledge and familiarity with HR systems and processes (e.g. background check and onboarding experience)
Role and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR and management to implement onboarding plans.
• Assist new hires with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Monitor new hires’ progress during the onboarding period and address any issues or concerns.
• Assist Conducting background checks on candidates, including verifying educational qualifications, employment history, criminal records, and references.
• Maintain accurate records of background checks, ensuring sensitive information is handled confidentially.
• Investigate discrepancies and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Follow policies and procedures strictly, able to abide by confidentiality requirements for this team specifically
• Be proactive and responsive with candidates, managers, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrate a proficiency in thoughtful and professional communication throughout the background check and onboarding process
• Organized ability to track assigned candidates, progress and pending items
