As a leader within the Regional CBI team , this role is responsible for d esigning the strategic framework for sales team performance evaluation and KPIs , included but not limited to channel and segment revenue targets as well as other key CSP targets such as corporate, loyalty and NDC penetration. Working with CCBI , Global Sales and other internal data stakeholders to keep RCBI data capabilities up to date with an efficient reporting system. Create and provide t raining content to local CBI staff as well as supporting local teams on strategic ad-hoc data project s and new data enhancement.
Accountabilities
- Oversee a revenue portfolio of $8.7bn and a territory of 50+ online and 60+ offline countries.
- Develop the regional implementation strategy in collaboration with SM CBI Region in HO.
- Identify sales process improvement projects by defining improvement targets and measuring the results.
- Drive development of best practices approach for analytics and metrics through selection of the right people and tools alongside definition of effective processes.
- Provide holistic view and insight of each POS across region including competitive landscape and comprehensive analysis to support risk profile optimization and build on business opportunities.
- Keep abreast of industry and regional best practice and development and ensure information and best practices are shared and adopted.
- Lead initiatives to identify and provide detailed analysis of new business venture opportunities within region
- Collaborate with CBI Central Planning team to coordinate global revenue opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with CBI Data Science to proliferate data, tools and techniques across the region.
- Provide insights on each Point of Sale (POS), Distribution Channel and Customer segment for informed decision making.
- Work with SM CBI to develop a holistic set of revenue objectives and KPIs in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Work with SM CBI and SVP region to build a holistic performance monitoring mechanism (monthly scorecard) where all Commercial staff can check their performance for their respective scope.
- Provide regular revenue updates to all key stakeholders.
- Conduct frequent revenue performance reviews with key stakeholders within region.
- Drive budgeting process to support establishment of appropriate commercial targets within region.
- Support achievement of best return on investment when allocating cost of sale across channels factoring in respective channel targets for all Points of Sales.
- Ensure measurement of performance of all relevant business decisions across Commercial within region.
- Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute any ad-hoc tasks, as required by senior executives, within the team and ensure an effective production of deliverables.
- Establish the department or teams’ objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.
- Regularly evaluate the department or teams’ objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.
- Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Keep abreast with any market trends and data science developments.
