Backend Developer

Job Title: Backend Developer (Junior/Mid/Senior – Java/Python - Spring Boot / Django)

Location: Hyderabad (Full-Time)

About The Role

We are looking for Backend Developers across Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that support AI-driven applications and Large Language Model (LLM) projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django), and AWS cloud services.

Depending on your experience level, you will contribute individually or lead development and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (Django).
Optimize database architecture, data models, and queries for performance and scalability.
Integrate and manage AWS cloud services for deployment, optimization, and scalability.
Ensure high code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and documentation.
Collaborate with product managers, AI/ML engineers, and frontend teams to define and implement new features and improvements.
Mentor junior developers and participate in architecture and design discussions (for senior-level).
Ensure system reliability, security, and performance.

Junior Developer

Qualifications (Based on Level):

1-2 years of experience in backend development.
Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) or Python (Django).
Basic knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Exposure to AWS cloud services.

Mid-Level Developer

3-5 years of hands-on backend development experience.
Strong knowledge of Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (Django).
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience integrating AWS cloud services.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Senior Developer

6+ years of backend development experience with proven leadership skills.
Expertise in designing scalable backend architectures using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Django).
Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
Proficient in database design, optimization, and complex queries.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Ability to mentor team members and lead backend development projects.
