- Strong knowledge and experience of Scrum and SAFe methodologies proven by PSM or CSM, SAFe Scrum Master certification and experience
- Strong experience as Technical Project Manager
- Experience in managing boards in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Strong technical experience as a Developer (Java/.Net/C#/Data)
- Excellent communication skills and servant leadership skills
- Not Testing background domain.
