RED GLOBAL – PMO CONSULTANT-HYBRID-PUNE-12MONTHS+-ASAP START

On behalf of a Key Client Partner, I am currently searching for PMO Consultant with experience in Regulatory Program to take part in new projects.

•Role: PMO Consultant

•Start: ASAP

•Duration: 12months +

•Location: Hybrid – 2/3 days onsite in Pune, India

•Capacity: 5 days a week

•Languages: English

7+ years of relevant experience;

•Monitor and track project milestones to ensure timely completion and delivery.

•Provide regular updates on progress and any potential delays to senior stakeholders.

•Assist in creation of steering committee and governance decks.

•Access and report project RAG status, follow guidelines as per client's change framework guidelines.

•Maintain and update RAID log for projects to facilitate proactive risk management and timely corrective actions.

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as the role requires liaising with MD level senior management.

•Oversee and manage end-to-end PMO functions of various projects within the Programme ensuring alignment with business goals and objective.

•Good in MS Excel, generating reports and timely update to client systems ('Clarity’ is the tool used)

•Collaborate with various stakeholders across different geographies to facilitate project delivery.

•High degree of ownership; should own and complete own work with limited oversight.

•Prior experience of PMO in Risk Management or IB.
