We are working with UK leading Digital Experiences platform that are supporting an FTSE250 in scaling all events and experiences. With huge growth and pipeline inbound the team are looking to grow. They are an extremely lively and fun team, with an opportunity to meet clients across the world including Dubai, US and Singapore.

This is a two-stage process and no technical assessment if you have a portfolio (code review!) The team can move quickly.

We are looking for an experienced engineer with experience in building end-to-end products and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain multiple white-label app deployments, ensuring high-quality production outputs through over-the-air (OTA) updates.
• Work closely with backend engineers and designers to create seamless and engaging mobile experiences for on-site events.
• Rapidly develop proof-of-concept (POC) features in staging environments based on specifications and designs.
• Enhance app performance while maintaining clean, scalable, and high-quality code.
• Oversee the full app development lifecycle, including deployment, QA, and staging environment management.
• Act as a key liaison between teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.

Technical Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in mobile app development with React Native and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with experience working with Firebase and REST APIs.
• Proven experience delivering commercial, production-grade B2C applications.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms like App Center, Jenkins, AWS, and self-hosted OTA deployment solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong aptitude for debugging and resolving complex issues.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and drive projects forward effectively.
