Head of Software Engineering

My leading Financial Services client are looking for a Head of Software Engineering to take responsibility for the Front Office Derivatives Technology space. You'll deliver key strategic business goals by identifying system changes that support revenue generation and regulatory reporting for the Front Office businesses, focusing on Derivatives Markets.

You'll work with development and technology leads in global offices, to design technology solutions on the new strategic Sales and Trading Derivatives platforms.

The following skills / experience is required:

• Experienced People Manager
• Strong experience across Java and C#
• Strong Derivatives product knowledge
• Front Office trading systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Salary: Up to £150,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
