Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with a strong background in .NET and C# development. This role requires a solid understanding of the insurance industry and its technical landscape.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and delivering innovative ideas as part of a digital transformation programme, including cross platform integrations and deep technology knowledge.
• Experience in at least one Insurance sector i.e. Commercial Lines and/or Personal Lines, and the underlying Insurance business processes across the value chain (i.e. Policy Administration System, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, Reporting etc.)
• Demonstrates technology delivery experience including an understanding of all stages of the delivery lifecycle (e.g., discovery, design, delivery, and transition)
• Demonstrates in-depth understanding of at least one key architectural domain i.e. data, integration, business, application, and operational architecture.
• Experience in assessing IT landscapes, business drivers and understanding impact of emerging technologies to define target and transition state architectures.
• Experience of working with insurance vendors, third party service providers and management of vendor relationships
• Experience in leading teams or workstreams within a wider complex digital transformation programme.
• Understanding and experience in delivering through various ways of working, including agile methodologies
• Demonstrates experience of owning or developing architectural artefacts, such as high-level design documents, reference architectures, functional or technical design specifications and integration designs etc
• Experience working in Dotnet, C# and MVC framework.

Good to Have Experience:

• Experience working on Integration projects.

Deliverables – responsibilities but not limited to;

• Configuration of Requirements as defined and agreed by the client.
• Solution Approaches for requirements which are to be built.
• Code reviews for the requirements build by the developers in the team.
