Are you an ambitious HR professional with 6-12 months of in-house HR experience, looking to take the next step in your career? Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with recruitment firms
- Manage HR administration, ensuring data integrity and smooth employee transitions
- Serve as a key point of contact for HR queries, assisting employees at all levels
Key Requirements
- 6-12 months of in-house HR experience, ideally within financial services, though candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine interest in building a career in People/HR management
