We are seeking a Senior Dynamics Consultant to join us on an initial 6-month contract. Role is based in Sydney, hybrid role but for right resource fully remote would be fine too.

Your day at NTT

• Develop, implement, and maintain CRM systems (Customer Insights and Sales).
• Integrate CRM with other business systems and applications.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience and strong knowledge as a CRM Engineer using Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights and/or Sales.
• Expertise in system integration and data migration.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to CRM integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
