🎯 What You'll Be Doing?

• Partnering with stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into innovative design solutions.
• Defining and refining UX specifications, balancing functionality with user expectations.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets to support product development.
• Advocating for user-centric design principles, driving a culture of UX excellence.
• Maintaining and enhancing the design system, ensuring consistency across products.
• Evaluating and refining UX implementations to optimize usability and engagement.
• Continuously improving UX processes, tools, and best practices in collaboration with leadership.

✅ Experience Required:

• 5+ years of UX design experience, focusing on enterprise-grade digital products in Agile environments.
• Strong UX research & facilitation skills, including user journey mapping & usability testing.
• Advanced interaction & visual design skills, with expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• A creative, user-focused approach, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging UX trends.
• Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills, able to advocate for design decisions persuasively.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers, with an awareness of technical considerations.
• Relevant degree in UX, Human Factors, Graphic Design, or a related field.
