Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Block Earner. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating sales strategies. While the role is based in Sydney, NSW, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Ultimately, the success of the role is driven by creative approaches to meeting prospects and building beneficial relationships. We're searching for a creative, enthusiastic, results driven individual with an existing network in lending/wealth management.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized finance
- Experience in financial services or fintech industry
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- A self-starter ready to act on their ideas instead of just talk about them.
