Job Description

• Oversee software development processes with a focus on advancing technical methods.
• Support teams in implementing and utilizing advanced technical methods in software development.
• Facilitate the introduction and scaling of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) while fostering an agile mindset within the organization.
• Encourage self-organization and accountability within teams through coaching in agile principles and methods.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, stakeholders, and Scrum Masters to drive agile transformation.
• Identify conflicts, guide resolution processes, and optimize collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Several years of experience developing and implementing technical methods in software development (e.g., code design, architecture, security methods).
• Hands-on experience with agile methods and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and relevant certifications, ideally as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate teams and effectively share knowledge.
• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops to support agile transformation.
• High standards for quality, self-reliant work ethic, and strong social skills.
• Proficiency in both German and English.

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 4.000 to € 5.000.
