Your Role
When joining the young graduate program with our DCX practice (Digital Customer Experience), you will be part of the functional team, responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and ensuring that IT systems meet business needs. You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (like developers and engineers).
As a Junior Functional Analyst, you will:
- Take business requirements from clients and translate them into technical requirements.
- Have an overview on the process flows and advice clients in optimalizations.
- Write user stories and train the end users.
- Configurate the demanded requests.
This is to join our digital unit, which includes: Salesforce - AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or Front end development (React).
Your profile
- A Masters degree in marketing, communication, economics, business management, information management,...
- Fluent in English and Dutch and knowledge of French.
- Interest in digitalization, IT and business processes.
- People oriented with a commercial mindset.
