🛠️ The Role:

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and developing embedded software systems that power smart, connected, and energy-efficient technologies. Your work will directly contribute to smarter energy usage, greener infrastructure, and a more sustainable tomorrow.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and be involved throughout the development lifecycle—from concept to deployment and beyond.

🎓 What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in Embedded C/C++ development
• Solid understanding of RTOS, Linux OS, and microcontroller/microprocessor platforms (e.g., AMX-8, STM32)
• Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux, Buildroot, and Yocto toolchains
• Familiarity with Zephyr OS, Zigbee, and IoT connectivity protocols is highly desirable
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch or French is a bonus
• A proactive mindset, with a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

• Design and implement high-quality, efficient, and reliable embedded software
• Perform testing, debugging, and validation of embedded software solutions

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of system functionality and energy efficiency
